The Firm’s immigration practice group is committed to efficiently and effectively meeting each client’s dynamic and unique needs. Our experienced attorneys offer a wide range of services to businesses and individuals alike. Our consummate goal is to achieve the optimal solution for our clients while minimizing inconvenience and delay at the most economical, yet effective, level. As a testament to the excellent level of service we provide, the immigration practice group was selected as the "Immigration Law Firm of the Year" in Missouri by Corporate Intl Magazine for 2010.

The members of this group prepare petitions and applications for immigrant and non-immigrant visas, interact regularly with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), the Department of State (DOS), and various U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world, and frequently work with employers to ensure compliance with applicable immigration and labor laws. To that end, we have successfully counseled clients in the following matters:
- Employment-based Permanent Residence (1st, 2nd and 3rd preferences)
- Labor Certification (PERM and LCA);
- Family-based Permanent Residence;
- EB-5 Investor Permanent Residence;
- L-1A/L-1B Intracompany Transfers;

- Tourists Visas;
- TN Visas: Free Trade Professionals from Canada or Mexico;
- Naturalization;
- I-9 Compliance/Audit/Reponses; and

Over the years, we have helped small start-ups companies, educational institutions, non-profits, professional organizations, mid-sized businesses, and multinational corporations as they strive to hire and retain the foreign workers they need to secure a competitive edge in this increasingly global economy. Our ability to provide the careful and strategic advice employers seek sets us apart from other firms. Our attorneys are responsive and conscientious — keeping our clients regularly updated and compliant in this rapidly changing legal and regulatory landscape.

Additionally, the Firm’s immigration practice group provides thoughtful, measured and specialized advice to foreign nationals and their families as they explore and secure temporary or permanent status for eligible family members in the United States. We have also helped families appeal adverse immigration determinations and seek waivers of inadmissibility to secure entry into and permanent legal status in the U.S. Also, we regularly counsel permanent residents as they strive towards citizenship.

Further, attorneys for the Firm participate in national seminars dealing with immigration law and draft treatises, scholarly articles and practice guides in this area. Moreover, in an effort to forge a cooperative relationship between immigration lawyers and government services, our attorneys have participated in consultations with local and regional USCIS and immigration enforcement officials.
