APPEALS
Not all trials are won. Some trials are lost, because the trial was unfair and the Judge or the Prosecuting Attorney introduced error in the trial, which hurt the accused citizen. When this happens, a convicted citizen has the right to appeal his or her conviction. If you think your trial rights have been violated contact a criminal defense attorney who will work hard to appeal your case.

Drivers License Hearings (Department of Revenue Hearings)
Vehicular offenses, especially DUI/DWI type cases, can have a damaging effects on a drivers license, employment, and careers-especially where a commercial driver's license is involved. If you are facing an action on your driver's license, make sure to seek the help of a qualified DWI/DUI defense attorney that can help defend you when you face the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Drug Offenses
For the last several decades, the United States Government has been waging a “war on drugs”. According to an article in the 1994 February edition of the New England Journal of Medicine entitled, “War on Drugs—A Peace Proposal”, our government, through prosecution of drug related crimes, has been responsible for the incarceration of approximately one million of its own citizens each year since 1994. A qualified criminal defense attorney can help protect your rights and pursue legal strategies, which may minimize the effect of a drug related arrest. DUI/DWI
Laws criminalizing driving while intoxicated are becoming increasingly severe in their penalties and include collateral consequences like license suspensions, insurance rate increases, and negative affects on immigration. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration has developed advertising, which is common near holidays like the Fourth of July where they admonish citizens with the slogan, “Over the Limit, Under Arrest.” However, as enforcement of DWI/DUI laws becomes increasingly sophisticated and draconian, DWI defense attorneys have developed a number of ways to combat a DWI/DUI allegation utilizing scientific knowledge of field sobriety tests, breath testing, blood testing, urine testing, and the biology of the human body.

Mr. Brengle is a member of the National College of DUI Defense and has attended a multitude of training events to advance his knowledge and skill as a DUI defense attorney. If you are charged with a DWI/DUI in Missouri, seek the help of a qualified DWI/DUI defense attorney.
